Acquired by Élise and Jean-Luc in 2017, Broadway Microbrasserie has been a part of the Mauricie landscape since 2012. The activities, previously concentrated on Avenue Broadway, now take place in much more suitable premises that offer a charming setting, complete with a large backyard where delicious vegetables grow and busy bees buzz. In addition to brewing and cooking, the facilities allow for cultural presentations and interpretations of what is found in the glass and on the plate.
