In fact, meals must be made primarily with products grown or raised on the farm itself such as honey, lamb, game animals, beef, horses, pigs, goats, dairy production, rabbits, game birds, poultry, etc. In addition to the products produced on site, certified Table ChampêtreTM farms complete their menu with local and regional products from Quebec.
Meals are prepared and served in a house or annex right on the farm to add to the taste and dining experience.

The farm specializes in the breeding and marketing of wild boar, deer and bison. A superb medieval-inspired room that can accommodate 90 people. Thanks to this important addition, Le Rieur Sanglier now offers a country table where wild boar and regional products are in the spotlight. Open to visitors, Le Rieur Sanglier is the perfect place to organize a méchoui or a reception as well as to get products of all kinds at the sales counter.
